Ikeja has Fallen. I

Angels will wail and teeth will gnash
Rebels will sing a song for war
The titans will fall and wounds will gash
The killer will kill, and knock your door

The sun will darken and wear a frown
The sea; that blue shall turn to black
The king shall wear a sorrow for crown
The leaves shall yellow, and the day shall dark

The clown and the jester will soon be sullen
And the masquerades shall wear their face
For soon, our beautiful city will be fallen
And ponder we shall, what is this place?
